Ormskirk Area Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description
This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to join our client's team in the Ormskirk area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, ensuring all work complies with legislative requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Supervise and guide electricians and other trades contractors through tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of site inspections and maintenance activities.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including single and three-phase supply distribution.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
