About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Spa Host to join our team at Aqua Sana. As a Spa Host, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their requests are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
  • Work closely with the Aqua Sana team to ensure the smooth running of the department, maintaining high standards of service and quality.
  • Conduct regular checks of the spa and general areas to ensure they are clean, tidy, and meet the required standards.
  • Participate in product seminars and demonstrations as required, showcasing our range of treatments and products.

About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a similar role or the beauty industry is desirable, but not essential.
