If you are a qualified solicitor with expertise in mental health law and Court of Protection matters, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and representation in matters relating to mental health for vulnerable individuals.
  • Attend tribunals, hearings, and court proceedings, representing clients in Mental Health Tribunals and Court of Protection cases.

About You:

  • Qualified solicitor with significant experience in mental health law and Court of Protection work.
  • Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and relevant case law.
  • Excellent communication and advocacy skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and compassion.
  • Accreditation as a member of the Law Society's Mental Health Accreditation Scheme (or working towards it) is highly desirable.
