Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing a complex caseload, using professional judgment to assess and manage risk, and developing tailored support plans to ensure the safety and well-being of all parties involved.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, you will develop and implement interventions to promote independence, prevent deterioration, and safeguard vulnerable individuals.
  • With a focus on practice development, you will contribute to a learning culture, mentor less experienced staff, and provide formal reflective supervision.
  • You will also take on a leading role in safeguarding, undertaking assessments, planning, and supporting colleagues in line with current policies and procedures.
  • In addition, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality training, guiding students, and assessing newly qualified social workers.

Essential Requirements:

  • A Social Work Qualification or equivalent is a must-have for this position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

What You Can Expect:

  • A salary of up to £49,588 per annum, commensurate with experience.
