About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the prestigious Sloane hotel in Chelsea. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met
  • Assist housekeeping management in overseeing daily activities
  • Coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments
  • Communicate issues to the next shift and complete necessary paperwork
  • Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a Team Leader or Housekeeping Supervisory role within a 5-star property is highly advantageous
  • Proficient in computer software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Guestline or the implementation of a property management system is valued but not mandatory
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
