About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our thriving family department at G2 Legal in Bristol. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a full and varied family law caseload, including divorce and financial remedy, private child law matters, cohabitation and separation orders, and pre and post nuptial agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a full and varied family law caseload, including divorce and financial remedy, private child law matters, cohabitation and separation orders, and pre and post nuptial agreements.
  • Provide expert advice and representation to clients in family law matters.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in family law and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with at least 5 years of experience in family law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
