Property Transaction Manager

We are seeking a Property Transaction Manager to join our team in Halesowen/Blackheath. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full and varied Residential Conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and technical Residential Conveyancing matters.
This is a full-time opportunity that offers a salary dependant on experience, 24 days leave plus Public Holidays, Company pension scheme, onsite parking plus free residential parking, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full and varied Residential Conveyancing caseload
- Undertake fee earning work, working both independently and as a member of the wider team
- Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders
- Develop new relationships with third-party referrers or repeat referrers
- Handle financial issues such as costing files, ensuring payments on account are made, credit control measures are followed, and incoming and outgoing payments are recorded properly on the firm's accounts package
- Generate a fee income in line with agreed targets
Person Specifications:
- 12 months minimum Fee Earning experience in the field of residential conveyancing
- Ability and confidence to run the full conveyancing process
- Demonstrated detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a mixed residential property conveyancing caseload with minimum supervision
- Excellent computer literacy; good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of packages including Word and Excel
- Good communication skills
The estimated salary for this role is around £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
