**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Ambassador to join our Tag Heuer boutique in Liverpool One. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building long-standing relationships with clients, and representing our brand to the highest standard.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide professional and consultative client appointments, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with a range of clients, maintaining professionalism and ensuring appointments are engaging and productive.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest luxury watch trends and product knowledge.
