About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Dee Set. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for merchandising cosmetics, clip strips, and greetings cards, as well as building replenishment of display units and implementing POS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise cosmetics, clip strips, and greetings cards to meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain display units to ensure a visually appealing store environment
  • Implement POS and other visual merchandising initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Work independently and use your own initiative to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Use your smartphone or tablet to send and receive reports and photos

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in retail or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
