Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Emponics. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of our painting contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, while controlling costs and profit for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tender, estimate, and measure onsite to ensure accurate cost estimates and maximize business wins
  • Manage the pricing of tenders to optimize profitability and commercial success
  • Prepare cost value reconciliations for contracts, identifying commercial risks and opportunities to ensure correct contract planning
  • Work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure productivity targets are agreed and issued before contract start
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure any variations and progress of contracts are discussed
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Surveyor, with a strong background in tendering, estimating, cost control, and CVR management
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
