Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Manager to join our team at William H Brown, a leading estate agency with a rich history and a strong presence in the UK market.

About the Role

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales. You will also be expected to optimize every opportunity to schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience to deliver exceptional results
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
