A forward-thinking organisation in Central London is seeking a Chief Technology Architect to spearhead the vision and strategy for their technology and knowledge management processes.

This pivotal role within the organisation will involve overseeing the technology infrastructure, ensuring the IT function provides leading-class service to the business. The successful candidate will be an innovative, dynamic IT leader who can make a significant impact.

The Chief Technology Architect will be responsible for managing all internal systems and technology infrastructure, including maintenance, security, and uptime. This will also involve implementing new technology changes, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to create a comprehensive Technology Strategy.

Key responsibilities include creating a balanced Technology Strategy that optimises existing services and prepares the organisation for future growth. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead the implementation of the technology strategy, ensuring that it is well understood and embedded across the organisation.

This role would suit a natural leader who can inspire the IT team, setting clear direction and accountability while driving high performance and continuous personal development. The successful candidate will lead the CRM team, seeking improved ways to use automation and reporting capabilities to drive further business benefit.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £97,000 plus benefits, including 30 days annual leave and a generous pension scheme.
