We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced commercial insurance professional to join our team at Insure Recruitment. As a Client Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing account retention and driving growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their commercial insurance needs
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on commercial insurance products and services
  • Work closely with account directors to deliver a first-class service to clients
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of risk management and due diligence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a strong understanding of insurance software and systems
