As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a risk-based internal audit plan aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a risk-based internal audit plan to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the company's financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct and oversee internal audits across various business units and functions, including risk management, compliance, and financial reporting.
  • Provide internal audit action plans and recommendations to improve business processes and reduce risk.
  • Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development to promote the company's services.

Requirements:

  • Previous internal audit experience at a senior level, preferably in a financial services consultancy.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent certification.
  • Deep understanding of internal audit methodologies and regulatory expectations.
  • Proven experience in service delivery across multiple projects, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Highly driven with the ability and determination to deliver results and drive business growth.
