Job Title: Head of UK Recruitment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of UK Recruitment to join our team at Compass Corporate Services. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of recruitment initiatives across the UK.

About the Role:
  • Manage the local recruitment team and report directly to the Recruitment Director.
  • Work closely with home managers to reduce dependency on agencies and create innovative approaches to streamline recruitment plans.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Director on pulling reports, monitoring KPIs, and continuously seeking ways to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder management will also be a key part of your role, working with agency account managers to ensure the organisation's recruitment needs are met.

  • Experience streamlining processes to produce high-quality outcomes and support in the reduction of agency costs.
  • Comfortable with national travel elements of the role.
  • Exceptional people skills, with experience in direct-line management.
