Workshop Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workshop Technician to join our team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists. As a Workshop Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of electronic devices, including bar code readers, PPS devices, monitors, computers, and chip and pin devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and servicing of electronic devices
  • Managing spare parts usage using our IT database system
  • Testing units to meet with quality control procedures
  • Co-operation with logistics and production support departments
Requirements:
  • Broadly understood knowledge in the field of electronics and computer science
  • Basic knowledge of computer science and electronics
  • Additional advantage: directional education in electronics/electro technics and experience in electronics repairs and maintenance
Personal Skills:
  • Aptitude for working with small hand tools/soldering
  • Eye for detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines and achieve high-quality standards
  • Competent with working alone on computers, including using specialist manufacturer calibration programs (training provided)
