This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Mental Health Services Specialist to join our dynamic team at Your Medical Services. As a key member of our mental health services division, you will be responsible for assessing needs, developing strategies, and managing the implementation of mental health programmes.
Key Responsibilities:Programme Development:
You will design and develop insourcing solutions for ADHD and Autism services, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards. This will involve:
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to assess current mental health service delivery models.
- Developing and implementing effective mental health programmes.
- Providing training and support to healthcare providers and staff on new insourcing processes and best practices.
Implementation Management:
You will oversee the implementation of mental health programmes, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently. This will involve:
- Monitoring and evaluating programme performance.
- Identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments as necessary.
- Preparing detailed reports on programme performance and outcomes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Extensive experience in mental health services, specifically with ADHD and Autism.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of implementing healthcare programmes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid/remote setting.
