Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to achieve high morale, productivity, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring the clinic meets its revenue targets while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive and professional clinic reputation.
  • Develop and implement training programs, encouraging continuous professional development, and ensuring staff have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including veterinary standards, health & safety regulations, and ethical practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in operations management.
  • Degree in veterinary medicine or a related field.
  • Proven track record in improving operational efficiency and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
