We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Postal Delivery Worker to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of mail and packages across your local community.

**Job Summary:**

This is a full-time opportunity to work as a Delivery Postie with driving responsibilities. You will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across various locations, working independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines and high standards of customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver mail and packages to customers on time and in good condition
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns
* Work safely and efficiently in a variety of weather conditions and environments
* Maintain accurate records and reporting of deliveries and issues

**Requirements:**

* A strong sense of community and commitment to providing excellent customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

* Competitive hourly rate of £12.54/hour
* Overtime paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate
