Job Overview:
This full-time temporary Administrative Support Specialist role will provide valuable support to the admin team at Blackburn Magistrates Court. The successful candidate may also be required to cover at times at Burnley Magistrates Court. Key responsibilities include preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings; creating and updating records; data input; communicating with judiciary and other court staff; and handling face-to-face, telephone, and email inquiries from court users.
The role will involve CVP preparation and hosting. Training will be provided on internal systems. Excellent communication and IT skills are required for this post.
Requirements:
- Able to follow established processes and detailed instructions.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive £11.59 hourly rate, weekly pay, holiday scheme, and pension benefits. The location is easily accessible by car, train, or bus.
