Natures Aid Limited is seeking a skilled Production Operator to join its team in Preston, Lancashire.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well with others.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and open to change, able to follow instructions and production schedules, and willing to learn and progress within the role.

A strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and experience working with machinery in a food or pharmaceutical environment would be advantageous.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on manufacturing and packaging vitamins and supplements to specification.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary up to £23,200 plus a 15% shift premium, as well as a range of benefits including annual bonuses, holiday pay, and access to hundreds of free e-learning courses.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating tableting machines and packing equipment, ensuring all equipment is assembled and maintained to a high standard, and performing accurate recording and reporting of process and quality checks.

You will also contribute to ensuring production schedules and set targets are met, while maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.
