A dynamic and exciting role has become available in our kitchen team as a Chef de Partie.

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our fantastic kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Desire to cook with fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce fabulous dishes
  • Able or willing to learn classical French cooking techniques
  • To be a real team player it is essential that you are flexible
  • Have great attention to detail and impeccable standards across the kitchen
  • Eager to develop themselves and their dishes with guidance from our Chefs

The Heartwood Collection currently has over 40 locations, including Brasserie Blanc restaurants and our lovely Heartwood Inn pubs, many of which now feature beautiful boutique bedrooms. We are aiming to grow to 61 sites by 2027, which could add up to 500 bedrooms over the next four years.
