As a Scientific Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance, service, breakdown and repair of leading-edge laboratory instrumentation at customer sites throughout the Midlands region. This is a technically motivated and customer-focused role that requires a strong background in Electronics, Engineering or Science.

A key aspect of this position is providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that the highest levels of satisfaction are met. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer-facing field service engineer or technical support environment, with a strong understanding of laboratory instrumentation.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £43K, including a 10% bonus, a fully expensed company van, and opportunities for career progression into more technical specialist roles.
