Vehicle Progressor - Sales Excellence

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Progressor - Sales Excellence to join our team at CV-Library in Enfield. This role involves inspecting and preparing new vehicles for sale, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer vehicle logistics, including recording damage or missing parts, arranging preparation and valeting, and ensuring safe parking.
  • Support the sales team in display standards and provide a warm welcome to customers.
  • Manage daily interactions with customers, sales team members, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Hold a full and clean UK Driver's licence, held for at least one year for insurance purposes.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Working Hours:

5 days per week on rota, 8:45am - 6pm weekdays, Saturdays 9am - 5pm.

Package:

£25,000 basic salary, plus bonus up to an additional £8,750. Benefits include 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, subsidised car option, share options, gym membership discount, cycle-to-work scheme, and discounts on company products and services.
