Restructuring and Insolvency Role Overview

This varied and challenging role involves working as part of a team on Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring activities, including MVLs, CVLs, Administrations, and Restructures, with occasional IVAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing cases from initial contact to closure, including acting as a point of contact.
• Analytical accounts review to support cases and preparation of reports.
• Review of annual accounts and completing them where necessary.
• Providing support to Managers and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years insolvency or restructuring experience
• Qualification or study of ACA, ACCA, CPI, or equivalent
• Strong communication and time management skills
