Special Education Needs Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic SENCO to join our team at Grandir UK's Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Chelmsford. As a Special Education Needs Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities.
As our settings SENCO, you will work closely with other practitioners, parents, and external agencies to create inclusive learning environments. This will involve adapting teaching strategies, providing targeted support, and championing inclusion. Your work will be crucial in ensuring every child thrives and meets their full potential whilst with us.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant Level 3 SEND qualification, and additional training and support will be available for the right individual.
This is a full-time position working within rooms where you will be allocated time to complete paperwork, make observations, and attend meetings with parents and external agencies.
