About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Delivery Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are available to customers in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away.
  • Ensure all stock is presented in a visually appealing manner and placed on the sales floors or in stockrooms correctly.
  • Maintain operational areas of the store in a clean, tidy, and organized state.
  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers from both back and front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate who is a great communicator, friendly, calm, and efficient, even in busy situations. You should be accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail. You should take pride in your work and approach tasks with energy, pace, and enthusiasm. You should be happy to work independently and keep yourself busy. You should be flexible, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile for your team and our customers. You should also enjoy taking control of your own development.

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
