About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Professional to join our team at Wellesley Hospital. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hospital, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors' areas.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas of the hospital are spotless and meet required security standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
- Participate in mandatory and statutory training as required by Elysium Healthcare.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning within a similar environment.
- Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
