Project Engineer Job Description

EnerSys is a global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering technical solutions to our customers. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical assessments, analysis, and data review for projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and on-quality delivery
  • Provide technical documentation and support to customers
  • Work with Junior Engineers to allocate tasks and ensure project success
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in the department
Requirements
  • STEM degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience as an engineer in a customer-facing role
  • Strong IT skills for data analysis, modeling, and reporting
  • Experience with test and verification activities
  • Knowledge of ECSS standards and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
