About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Team member to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts and campaign ideas from brief through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the execution of creative ideas using our game, working closely with our Creative Production and Visual Content teams.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, including regional activation and partnership teams, media, social media, and comms, to ensure global creative standards are met and the entire business is delivering high-quality work.
  • Develop and maintain the creative language standards for our brand and campaign, setting the tone for how we communicate as a brand.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute award-winning campaigns that meet the needs of our global brand.

Requirements

  • Proven experience at a mid-weight level in an advertising agency or in-house for another brand.
  • Experience in the sport industry, specifically in global football, is highly desirable.
  • A strong track record of creating award-winning work for global brands, including scaling and adapting that work regionally.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to galvanize teams around an idea.
  • No managerial responsibilities.
