Role Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Tesco Colleague to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and supporting your colleagues to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Be the face of Tesco, providing a warm welcome to customers and ensuring they receive excellent service.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and tidy store, including stockrooms and back-of-house areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, resolve customer queries, and support each other during busy periods.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances, such as unexpected shortages or peak demand periods.
