Senior Property Surveyor Leader

Hireful is seeking a highly experienced Senior Property Surveyor to lead our team in delivering high-quality asset management services in the social housing sector.
The Role- We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social housing, preferably as a surveyor or senior surveyor.
- You will be responsible for leading a team to deliver stock condition surveys and energy performance assessments.
- Strong leadership skills are essential to motivate and guide your team towards achieving our goals.
- A strong background in social housing, preferably with experience in leading teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary to drive business decisions.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles.
The estimated salary range for this position is £62,500 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. This competitive package reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
