Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the month-end close process, including preparation of management accounts and commentary
  • Developing and maintaining accurate budgets and forecasts
  • Conducting variance analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Cash flow forecasting to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Supporting the year-end audit process to maintain high standards of financial reporting
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns in a timely manner
  • Training and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Knowledge of accounting software and good IT skills are essential for this role. If you are close to qualification, your application will also be considered.
