Retail Store Team Member

As a key member of our retail store team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. You will support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store environment. You will also be responsible for achieving sales goals and performance metrics, driving store success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts. Furthermore, you will maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management. Your responsibilities will also include taking ownership of stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store.

- Demonstrated retail sales success.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
