Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Night Reach Stacker Driver to join our team at Maritime Transport.


As a Night Reach Stacker Driver, you will be responsible for loading and unloading various sizes and weights of ISO shipping containers, as well as stacking containers in allocated areas.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Operating Reach Stackers and Empty Container Handlers safely and efficiently
  • Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of machinery, with a reasonable knowledge of how the machine works
  • Loading and unloading containers, and stacking them in allocated areas
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve an accurate, on-time service to our customers and colleagues

Requirements include:



  • A valid certificate with 2 years full-time experience on Forklifts
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure, and have good attention to detail
  • Valid transport and a flexible approach to undertaking a variety of production duties

Full training will be provided to the suitable candidate, and Reach stacker experience is a benefit but not essential.


Please note, candidates must have their own transport to be considered for this role.


We are looking for candidates who have a flexible approach and can undertake a variety of production duties.


This is a permanent position, with a 4on/4off shift based at our Tilbury Depot.
