Cafe Service Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cafe Assistant to join our team at Petworth Places. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm welcome to every guest and ensure they feel valued and appreciated.
• Offer knowledgeable information about our food and drinks, including daily specials, to enhance the customer experience.
• Take orders attentively and respond to guest feedback in a professional and positive manner.
• Display a positive attitude and maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure repeat custom.

Requirements:

• A friendly and calm approach when dealing with customers, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, but not essential, as training will be provided.
