We are seeking an experienced FP&A Transformation Lead to join our client's team in central Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of strategic financial planning and analysis capabilities within a fast-growing SME business.
About the Role:- Develop and implement frameworks for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic financial planning and decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the Group to understand reporting requirements.
- Design and implement dashboards and reporting capabilities across all group entities.
- Establish and lead the FP&A department, setting up processes from scratch.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA).
- Demonstrable experience building FP&A capability from scratch in an SME environment.
- Proven ability to work in a blue-chip environment and understand what good looks like.
- Able to commute 4 days per week to the office in central Oxford.
- An attractive daily rate, £ per day via Ltd Co.
- Opportunity to build FP&A capability from scratch.
- This job is 4 days per week in the office, 1 day from home.
