Job Title: FP&A Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Transformation Lead to join our client's team in central Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of strategic financial planning and analysis capabilities within a fast-growing SME business.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement frameworks for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic financial planning and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the Group to understand reporting requirements.
  • Design and implement dashboards and reporting capabilities across all group entities.
  • Establish and lead the FP&A department, setting up processes from scratch.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA).
  • Demonstrable experience building FP&A capability from scratch in an SME environment.
  • Proven ability to work in a blue-chip environment and understand what good looks like.
  • Able to commute 4 days per week to the office in central Oxford.
