About the Role:

1 Tech Staffing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing SAP Business One implementation projects from initiation to go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SAP Business One implementation projects from initiation to go-live, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Analyse business processes and requirements, providing expert guidance on best practices and industry standards.
  • Configure and customise SAP Business One to meet client specifications, leveraging your knowledge of the system's modules and features.
  • Develop and implement data migration strategies, ensuring seamless data transfer and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively utilise the SAP Business One system.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure system efficiency and effectiveness, resolving technical issues and improving system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions, working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for system improvements and process optimisations, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an ERP Implementation Specialist, with a strong background in SAP Business One implementation and configuration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Experience in business process mapping and optimisation, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Relevant SAP certifications are a plus, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field.
