Job Title: CRM Manager

Job Summary:

The Commonwealth of Virginia seeks a skilled CRM Manager to provide technical support for Enrollment Management. The successful candidate will have expertise in CRM administration, system processes, and programming procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain the CRM product across the university.
  • Provide technical support for Enrollment Management, with a focus on the Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Develop and implement strategies to integrate portals, letters, emails, texts, telecenter, application management, checklists, and nudging via mobile tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective use of the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field of study or a Bachelor's degree and an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Considerable knowledge of CRM administration and system processes.
  • Considerable knowledge of programming procedures and programming languages, including Visual Basic, Java script, and SQL.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Ellucian or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Considerable experience with Salesforce.
