Job Description

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams at Rotork to lead electronic product development initiatives. As a key member, you'll oversee hardware and firmware upgrades, contribute to production plans, and support new development projects and existing products where required.

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving electronic assemblies and firmware to meet customer or supplier needs. This includes developing solutions for alternative parts, fault finding, and testing in line with company best practices.

Experience Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. Previous experience in electronic product design.
  2. Proven ability to analyze, design, test, debug, manufacture, and enhance existing/new products.
  3. Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  4. Task management, defect management, verification, and validation tool expertise.
  5. Proficiency in C programming (embedded C).
  6. Understanding of electronics and embedded firmware.
