We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tutoring Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a Tutoring Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational support to students in Primary and Secondary schools.

• Develop and Deliver Lesson Plans: Create engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to individual learning styles and needs.
• Assess and Record Student Progress: Regularly assess student progress, identify areas for improvement, and record attainment levels.
• Deliver Tuition Sessions: Deliver high-quality tuition sessions that support various learning styles and promote student engagement.
• Collaborate with Educational Stakeholders: Work closely with educational and care stakeholders to ensure student support and well-being.
• Adhere to Safeguarding Guidelines: Ensure compliance with KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines at all times.

• Experience in Tutoring: Proven experience in tutoring one-to-one or small groups needing additional educational or pastoral support.
• Constructive Supervision and Correction: Experience in constructive supervision and correction, with a focus on promoting student growth and development.
• Experience in Inclusive Settings: Experience working in inclusive units, special settings, or alternative provisions, with a focus on supporting students with diverse needs.

• Inspirational Communication: Excellent inspirational and effective communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and educational stakeholders.
• IT and Technical Skills: Competent IT skills, with access to a laptop/computer, audio, and visual equipment, as well as stable broadband and internet connection.
