About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Staff Member to join our team at Aspire People. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about education and supporting students with SEN.

In this role, you will be working in a full-time capacity, assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery, as well as providing targeted support to small groups or individual students.

You will be responsible for managing classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive learning environment for all students. You will also be required to supervise students during break times and lunch.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Working collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver high-quality educational experiences.
  2. Providing targeted support to students with SEN, enhancing their learning outcomes.
  3. Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  4. Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
