Job Title: Regional Security Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Security Manager to lead our security function in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, managing security teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the regional security function, working collaboratively with sector and enterprise security leads to ensure the effective delivery of security services.
- Evolve interactions and lead a team of multi-disciplined security-related employees in the region, developing trusted support relationships with site leads and subsidiary Managing Directors.
- Provide security guidance and support to regional stakeholders, ensuring the security of employees, property, assets, programs, and information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security management, with a strong understanding of security principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve security objectives.
