Key Responsibilities
  • Caseload Management: Oversee a range of litigated claims with values up to £100,000, requiring strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Litigation & Advocacy: Handle litigated cases, attend hearings, and conduct advocacy as appropriate, leveraging excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Communication: Liaise confidently with clients, solicitors, insurers, and third parties, ensuring seamless case progression and client satisfaction.
  • Team Support & Supervision: Provide guidance to junior fee earners, assist with new enquiries, and support senior partners, promoting a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience: 1-5 years PQE in personal injury (claimant experience preferred, though defendant experience will be considered), demonstrating a strong understanding of personal injury law and procedures.
  • Skills: Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, adaptability, and proactive initiative, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
