Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an RSCN in the UK, with a valid NMC PIN
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a private pension scheme, business travel expenses, and ongoing training and development opportunities. A full UK driving licence is desired but not necessary.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE)
