Jobit seeks a seasoned Human Resources Policy Specialist to lead policy development, training management, and audit preparation for our London office.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a strong background in crafting policies and procedures, preparing documentation for audits, and coordinating staff training programs.

About the Role
  • Policy Development: Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and best practices. Collaborate with management and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
  • Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing HR documentation and policies for internal and external audits.
  • Training Management: Schedule and coordinate training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge. Source appropriate materials and resources to meet organisational needs. Monitor and track training completion to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and training opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role, with a focus on policy development and training management.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 and a dynamic work environment.
