Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Despatch and Warehouse Trainee. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unpacking and receipting goods
  • Picking and packing orders for despatch to customers
  • Utilizing hand-held scanners for stock checks and stock control
  • General Warehouse duties, including moving items and using trolleys for unloading goods
  • Quality Assurance and simple assembly work in the workshop
  • Helping to maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

  • Some work experience in a Warehouse or Despatch environment is desirable, but not essential
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use despatch scanners and print invoices
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 7:30am-4:30pm or 9:00am/9:30am-4:30pm

Salary:

Up to £24,000 per year, negotiable depending on experience and hours worked
