Academics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Thatcham. As an Autism Specialist Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with autism and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with autism and learning difficulties
  • Help students develop independence and confidence
  • Practice self-regulation techniques with students
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to support students
