Job Description

This role involves drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, providing legal support for bids and tenders, and offering guidance to relevant business areas and stakeholders. You will be responsible for advising on public sector and private sector contracts, as well as working with Vodafone terms and customer-proposed terms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including public sector and private sector contracts;
  2. Providing legal support for bids and tenders, ensuring compliance with Vodafone's terms and customer-proposed terms;
  3. Offering guidance to relevant business areas and stakeholders on commercial contract-related matters;

You will work closely with the Legal Risk Management team to determine positions and strategies for disputes related to VBSE contracts. Your ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions will be highly valued in this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have a solid grounding in commercial law, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to communicate key risks effectively. A good level of general legal knowledge and sound commercial judgment are also essential. Experience in either private practice or an in-house role is preferred, with a minimum of 4-10 years of post-qualification experience.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including excellent basic salary, bonus, and Vodafone benefits.
