Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tender and contract documents, undertaking cost analysis, and advising on procurement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing tender and contract documents
  • Undertaking cost analysis and feasibility studies
  • Assisting in establishing client requirements and performing risk management
  • Advising on procurement strategy and analyzing costings of tender returns
  • Providing advice on contractual claims and analyzing outcomes
  • Writing detailed progress reports and valuing completed work

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a consultancy, client, or contractor role
  • Currently working towards MRICS or relevant professional body
  • Confident and client-facing individual with extensive NEC and contract administration experience
